This years Grand Master's Reception will be this Friday (2/3/17) beginning at 6pm. The event will be held at the Scioto County Welcome Center located at 342 2nd St., Portsmouth, Ohio 45662.
The Seventh District and the Grand Master, Douglas N. Kaylor, will be presenting this years Youth in Excellence Awards to two local high school recipients. In addition, the Community Service Award will be given out as well.
